Our workshop is the heart of our business, and it is situated at ground level and in full view for any customer to see.
We have heavily invested in the best tools and will make sure your bike gets our full attention.
We do not have standard service packages as we do not believe that one size of service fits all and so we will asses each bike separately and send across a quote specific for you!
Please see below the method in which we work:
Step 1: Bike Assessment
The first step of servicing is dropping your bike to us. If the bike is dropped before midday we aim to asses it the same day.
There is no need to book ahead, but if you wish to guarantee a spot, please use the form below.
Step 2: Quote
Once assessed we will email you a quote outlining in detail the work that needs (or doesn't need) to be done and if there are any parts that need to be ordered in.
There is no charge for this and once received we are happy to talk you through the quote.
Step 3: Work
Once the quote is confirmed we will order any necessary parts and start working on your bike (we aim to have the bike ready within 48 hours).
We will keep you updated on the progress and you will be notificed as soon as the work is completed.
Step 4: Ride!
You ride away on your new and improved ride. Letting us know if you have any questions or concerns after your bike’s short stay with us.
Walk ins are welcome and attended too dependant on the workshop schedule.
