The Workshop
As well as building bikes, we also assess, upgrade and service them.
Our free assessment format means you receive a quote before any commitment is required,
giving you peace of mind and even more incentive to get your bike checked out.
There are no set packages (Gold, Bronze etc) because we believe in delivering a thorough and high quality service, regardless of the cost or size of a job. Instead, every bike is assessed in full, then a quote produced detailing the works we recommend. We run our servicing by appointment only to ensure the necessary amount of time is assigned to each bike, and we are equipped to work on all manner of bikes and with a large variety of components*. This process is free of charge, there is no obligation and we are always happy to discuss our findings in detail before you commit to any work. All you need to do is get in touch to book an appointment slot in the workshop.
1. Assessment
On appointment day, your bike will be assessed and a quote produced for the works we recommend.
As mentioned, this process is free of charge and there is no obligation to carry out the recommendations. We feel this gives the customer a much fairer and friendlier experience, encouraging folks to get those 'peace of mind' checks without the worry of any up front costs*.
2. Confirmation
Once the quote is confirmed, we will ensure any parts
not already held as stock are then placed on order.
We hold most consumable parts in store, meaning works can often be carried out
as soon as a quote is confirmed. For specialist/niche parts, these may need to be ordered in as required. Details on lead times will be referenced on the
quote where necessary.
3. Collection
With all parts ready, we will complete the works and contact you as soon as the bike is ready to collect.
As well as providing hands on support, it's also important to us that customers feel welcomed and informed, so should you have any questions or concerns following collection, no matter how small, we encourage you to get in touch.
*we do not work on electrical elements within e-bikes and some products requiring niche tooling, please contact us to confirm
*on occasion, adjustments are required prior to production of a quote, we limit this labour cost to a maximum of £20.
