We don't only build bikes, but also assess, diagnose, upgrade and service them.


We don't offer set maintenance packages because we believe in delivering a high quality service, regardless of the cost or size of a job. This allows us to assess the bike for what it needs, rather than what a package has paid for. 

So how does it work? First, you make an appointment and your bike will be assessed (free of charge), then a quote detailing the work we recommend is compiled and sent to you via email.

It's only once you have confirmed you are happy with the quote that work will begin, with payment due on completion of the work. The only time we will require a deposit is if the bike is collected prior to the work being completed (if we are waiting on specialist parts for example). 


With only some exceptions*, we are equipped to work on all manner of bikes and with a variety of components. 

There is no obligation to complete the listed recommendations and we are always happy to discuss our findings in detail before you commit to any work. 

Should any specialist parts be required, we will order these in, then ask you to return the bike once all parts are in store and ready to be fitted.

We will always be on hand for any questions going forward, as well as to provide that feeling of Cloud 9 customer care that stretches on long after a bike leaves our shop.
